At Salus House, our timetable is designed to support how you want to move and feel each week. You’ll find Reformer Pilates and our hybrid signature classes that build strength, improve fitness and keep your training varied.
As we grow, the timetable will continue to evolve. We’ll be adding pop up experiences like sound baths for deeper recovery and Hyrox style simulation days for those who want to push their performance. These special events are not included in membership and will be bookable when they appear on the timetable.
Check back regularly and choose the sessions that work best for you. We’ll keep bringing new ways to help you progress, restore and feel your best.
